GRAIN by Luke Nguyen is a premier Vietnamese cooking class.

It is founded by Luke Nguyen - a renowned Australian chef and is recognized as a food expert professional all around the world with his restaurants and cooking shows broadcasted internationally, in England, USA and all around Asia. 

Luke designs the GRAIN menus and recipes, selects his team of cooks and instructors as well as cooking facilities and equipment.

Whether you are young or old, home cook or kitchen veteran, guests of all ages and skill level will surely enjoy their experience in this cooking class. Classes are held every Monday to Saturday and are led by the professional Grain by Luke Nguyen’s team
